  • Can I list my property for sale and for rent at the same time?
    Absolutely, you can list both a rental and a sale. Unfortunately, Realestate.com.au does require that you have two listings, one under each category (unless you have a commercial premise). All you need to do is create a sale listing and a rental listing within your account. If you would like to save time, once you've created your first listing, simply ask our friendly staff to make an extra copy of that listing within the account for you, so you won't have to fill everything out again.   • What size and ratio should I upload images in?
    Before adding images to your listing, ensure your files fit the requirements to avoid encountering errors when uploading. For best results, we recommend the following specifications: Standard Image Resolution - 4:3 ratio with a resolution of 2000 x 1500 pixels  Minimum image resolution is 800 x 600 pixels or above Alternative Ratios - 3:4, 16:9, 3:1, and 16:10 File Size Limit - Image files should be no larger than 5MB.     Yes, you can absolutely delete your listing. Simply login to your account and then click the red 'Delete' button shown on your listing. When deleting, the listing will be removed permanently from all sites including your dashboard.     To respond to email enquiries simply click Reply in your email program- if the correct email address shown in the original enquiry isn't shown in the To: field you may need to change it but it should automatically be filled in for you.     Changes made to your listing should reflect on all sites within 1 hour of click the Save button within your account. It may sometimes be as little as a few minutes. If it's been more than a couple of hours and a change hasn't reflected try making a small change to your listing and resaving. This will trigger your listing to be resent to all websites.
