How do I add a video to my listing?

You don't upload the video file to us. Instead, upload your video to YouTube (or a similar video sharing service), copy its link, and paste the link into the Video URL field on the Photos and Media step when editing your listing.

Got a virtual tour or 3D walkthrough (such as Matterport)? Paste that link into the External Link field on the same step. The Video URL field is for video links like YouTube only.

Where the video appears

Yes, it goes to the portals. The video link is sent to realestate.com.au and Domain with your listing and shows in their video or media section, and it plays on your PropertyNow listing page too. Anything in the External Link field is sent to both portals as well. Each portal decides how it displays media, so allow a little time after saving for it to appear.
