I'm not receiving SMS notifications / texts about enquiries

To receive SMS notifications, you'll need to purchase the SMS Notification extra (available under Listing Enhancements within your account). If you have done so and are still not receiving notifications, make sure your Primary Phone Number is a valid mobile number. You can check this within your account under Edit Account Information.

After doing this, go to your listing on Realestate.com.au and send an enquiry to yourself to see if it comes through. If you don't receive the enquiry, please contact support.

You can also check your enquiries within your account by clicking Enquiry History on your property card.

If you have previously blocked your number from receiving notifications, text START to 0428 261 848 to reactivate the service.
