How do I reply to an enquiry?

To respond to an email enquiry, simply click Reply in your email program. The enquirer's address should be filled in for you automatically, but if the To: field doesn't match the email address shown in the original enquiry, you may need to change it.

Check the To: field before you send. If it shows a PropertyNow address (such as support@propertynow.com.au), your message will come to our support team, not to the buyer or tenant. Change it to the enquirer's email address shown in the enquiry, or give them a call.

If you haven't heard from a phone enquirer within a few hours, give them a call and see if there's anything you can help them with or any questions you can answer.
