Can I change my property suburb?

Yes, we can change your suburb, as long as the change is to the correct, legal suburb.

Realestate.com.au requires under its Acceptable Use Policy that we list all property under the correct, legal suburb (generally the suburb shown on your rates notice).

If you've yet to complete your listing or made a mistake, we're happy to adjust it once we can check the rates notice.

Once a listing has been live for more than a few weeks, we generally can't change its address. realestate.com.au and Domain treat an address change as a new listing and charge for it. The exception is when the property's legal address has actually changed. If you'd like buyers searching a nearby area to find you, mention it in your heading or description instead. The address fields must show the legal address only. If something changes with your local council, we can also help. Just contact our friendly team.
