What happens when someone calls about my property?

When someone phones about your property, they'll be asked to enter a 4-digit phone enquiry code and will be given your first name and phone number so that they can call you directly. At the time of the call, if the caller's number is not privately listed, the system will grab their phone number automatically and email it to you. This gives you the option to make contact with them if they don't initially. If you've opted into SMS alerts, you'll also receive an SMS notification right away. Finally, we'll lodge the enquiry to your 'Enquiry History' page in your account so that you can easily look it up in future.

We also offer a Direct Connect service for those who'd like to purchase this add-on. This means when someone calls, they'll be automatically redirected to your own phone, straight away.
