Some mail providers may mark the emails from our system as spam which can hide or delay enquiries. Please check your Spam folder (it may also be called Junk, Advertising or Promotion) and if any emails from us are in there then mark them as Not Spam within your email client.
You can also send us an email from your email client to attempt to whitelist the address. After doing this please go to your listing on Realestate.com.au and send an enquiry to yourself and see if it is received - if you do not receive the enquiry please contact support: contact support. You can also check your enquiries within your account by clicking Enquiry History on your property card.
