Phone enquiries: Potential buyers will ring our dedicated 1300 phone number, enter a 4 digit phone enquiry code (which we place inside the text of your listing) and will be instantly given your contact details to call you directly. This phone line is fully automated and works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.


Email and online enquiries: These enquiries are forwarded to your email address in real time 24 hours a day, and the enquirer also receives an automated response letting them know that the owner will contact them. You receive instant email notification of all enquiries (whether they are made via phone or online) and also have access to a full list of all enquiries made on your property within your account. If you wish, you may also receive SMS notifications of enquiries if you would like.


To respond to email enquiries simply click Reply in your email client - if the correct email address shown in the original enquiry isn't shown in the To: field you may need to change it but it should automatically be filled in for you. If you haven't heard from a phone enquirer within a few hours then give them a call and see if there's anything you can assist them with or if they have any questions for you.
