When someone phones about your property they will be asked to enter a 4 digit phone enquiry code and will then be given your phone number so they can call you.

When someone phones about your property they will be asked to enter a 4 digit phone enquiry code and will be given your first name and phone number so that they can call you directly. At the time of the call, if the caller's number is not privately listed, the system will grab their phone number automatically and email it to you. This gives you the option to make contact with them if they don't initially. If you've opted into SMS alerts, you'll also receive an SMS notification right away. Finally, we'll lodge the enquiry to your 'Enquiry History' page in your account so that you can easily look it up in future.


We also now offer a direct connect service to those that would like to purchase this add on. This means when someone calls, they will be automatically redirected to your own phone - straight away. How COOL is that?
