When should I mark my property as SOLD?

You should mark your property as sold as soon as any of the following occur:

1. The contract signed between you and the buyer has become unconditional.
2. The property has been showing as 'under offer' or 'under contract' for more than 2 weeks.
3. You've referred to the property as sold in any marketing.

We understand that sometimes sales fall through so rest assured that if anything goes wrong you can easily 'unmark' your property as sold and have it reactivated completely free of charge and in just one click from your account.

Once you mark as sold, the property will be removed as a current listing from all sites within 24-48 hours and moved into the sold section. Please note that as a standard, we do not publicly display sale prices.
