The first rent in advance payment will be debited immediately after the lease agreement is signed by all parties and the tenant finalizes setting up their payment method.
For ongoing rent payments, rent is debited one day in advance of the due date to allow time for processing.
Please note that the direct debit payment process does not operate normally on weekends or public holidays which may delay your rent.
