Once you have an offer you wish to accept, ensure you have the buyers contact details as well as full details of that offer including price, inclusions, conditions, and settlement timeframe. You also need to ask for the details of the buyer's solicitor and give them the details of your own legal representation. A printable offer form (non legally binding) can be found under 'forms and downloads' within your account, which you can use to obtain all these details.
