Oh dear! This usually occurs when the applicant has applied incorrectly.
1form applications should never come directly to you - they will come from PropertyNow in PDF format. When an application comes directly to you, it means that it's not linked up with your Realestate.com.au listing page and that the tenant has attempted to log in to their account and apply manually, as opposed to clicking the 'Apply Online' button which will automatically link everything up correctly.
As you aren't an agent who holds a 1form account, you won't be able to open the application - and as it's been linked to your personal email, we won't either.
Luckily, It's an easy fix! Simply direct the tenant back to your listing page and tell them to click and follow through from the 'Apply Online' button and we'll get that application to you once received.
