Can I pay the listing fee on settlement or in instalments?

The listing fee is paid when you order, before the listing goes live, because the portals charge us the moment we publish. If you'd rather not pay out of pocket now, there are two pay-later options at checkout.

Paying early doesn't mean publishing early: choose I'll activate later at checkout and finish your photos and description in your own time.

  • Property Credit covers your listing and marketing costs now and you repay when the property settles. It also offers loans to improve your property for sale. It's provided by Property Credit on their own terms, so eligibility and charges are theirs; our team can walk you through how it works.
  • Zip splits the cost into instalments with no processing fee.

Bank transfer, PayID, card, PayPal and Zip are all fee-free if you're paying upfront. The full list is in What payment methods do you offer?.

How long does the fee last?

For a residential sale, the flat fee covers your listing until the property sells or you withdraw it. There's no renewal fee and no time limit; we just ask you to touch the listing at least every 90 days so buyers know it's genuinely available. Rental listings run for up to 6 months and commercial lease listings for up to 12 months. See How long will my property be listed for? and Why we ask you to update your listing every 90 days.

Is anything else payable later?

No commission, ever. Optional add-ons such as photography, signs and portal upgrades are priced separately and only if you order them. See What is the cost?.
