What payment methods do you offer?

We offer several secure payment options for all PropertyNow services:

• Bank Transfer / PayID
• Credit/Debit Card
• PayPal
• Zip (buy now, pay later)
• Property Credit (pay later) — cover your listing and marketing costs now and repay when your property settles. Choose Pay later with Property Credit at checkout. It also offers loans to improve your property for sale.

Fees

• Bank Transfer and PayID: fee-free
• Credit/Debit Card, PayPal and Zip: fee-free
• Property Credit: no PropertyNow fee; Property Credit's own terms and charges apply

A couple of handy things to know

Please pay online in your account. It's the quickest way, and your card details go straight into our secure checkout rather than through anyone's hands. If you really can't pay online, contact us and we'll help as a last resort.

Rental management subscriptions are card only. If your order includes a rental management subscription (for example the Advertise & Manage package), you'll need to pay by credit or debit card. Bank transfer, PayPal, Zip and Property Credit aren't available for those orders. If you only want to advertise, choose the Advertise package and every payment option is open.

Paying later with Property Credit. Choose Pay later with Property Credit at checkout and you'll be taken to Property Credit's website to complete your application. Your order is confirmed once Property Credit has paid us, so your listing can't go live before then. Property Credit is available on orders of $350 or more. If you change your order after starting, just go through checkout again.

You don't need to activate your listing immediately after payment — there's an option to activate 'later' during checkout. That's handy if you'd like your signage sent out in advance so everything's ready for launch day.
