What is the cost?

The cost depends on the PropertyNow service you choose.

$979 — residential and rural property sales (this is the one for most sellers)
$205 — residential property for lease
$209 — residential leasing with the Rental Management Subscription, including the listing and the first three months of rental management; management is $29 per month from month four
$930 — commercial property for sale
$695 — commercial property for lease

For landlords who already have tenants or don't need a listing package:

$35 per month, or $350 for 12 months paid up front (the Manage Only Annual plan)
full access to the rental management platform
no listing or advertising included

All prices include GST and standard shipping where applicable.

There is no percentage commission, success fee or ongoing sales-listing fee. You pay the advertised flat fee for the service you choose.
