I'm listing with an agent (or was recently), can I still list with PropertyNow?

You may be able to, but check the terms of your agency agreement before we publish the property.

PropertyNow charges a flat marketing fee only and never charges commission when your property sells.

• Current exclusive agreement: we generally can't publish the property unless the agent releases you in writing.
• Sole or open agreement: you may be able to list with PropertyNow as well, depending on the private-sale and buyer-introduction clauses.
• Recently expired agreement: check for any continuing or protection period. An agent may still be entitled to commission if they introduced the eventual buyer or were the effective cause of the sale.

Read the signed agreement carefully. If you're unsure, ask the agent to confirm your position in writing or have your solicitor or conveyancer review it.
