How do I stop marketing emails from PropertyNow?

To stop marketing emails, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email from us. That's the one step that takes you off the list, and it applies straight away. Our team can't do it from the support side, so if you've asked us by chat or email, please use the link.

You'll still receive the emails you need about your own listing, order or tenancy, such as enquiries, status changes and payment receipts, because those aren't marketing.

We don't send marketing by SMS. The only text you'll get from us when you sign up is a personal welcome from the team, and after that SMS is just for support.

If you want your account closed as well, let us know and we'll take care of that too.
