Does PropertyNow manage the properties it lists?

No. PropertyNow is the advertising platform, and the owner handles everything about the property themselves: inspections, applications, negotiations and the sale or lease itself. We don't hold keys, manage tenants or act for the owner in the transaction.

To reach the owner

Use the contact details in the Enquiry Confirmation email you received when you enquired, or call our 1300 number and enter the property's 4-digit code to hear the owner's details. If you haven't enquired yet, use the enquiry form on the listing. See How do I contact the owner about a property?.

Once a property has sold or leased

We don't have details of the buyer, the settlement, the tenant or who is living there now, and we can't pass on messages about the property. For anything to do with a property that is no longer advertised, contact the owner directly or, for a rental, the agency or landlord named on the tenancy.
