Why haven't I heard back from the owner yet?

This means that while we provide the professional marketing and technology to list the property, the homes are **managed directly by the owners themselves. **When you enquire about a property, your details are sent instantly and directly to the owner so they can handle the enquiry and inspections personally.


Why might there be a delay?

Because our sellers and landlords are private individuals, there may occasionally be a short delay in their response due to:

  • Professional Commitments: They may be at work or traveling.
  • High Enquiry Volume: In busy markets, owners may be sorting through dozens of messages at once.
  • Inspection Scheduling: They might be waiting to finalize an "Open Home" time before responding to individual viewing requests.


Our Service Commitment

It is a requirement of our service that all owners respond to enquiries as promptly as possible. We pride ourselves on the responsiveness of our community, and most owners will get back to you within 24–48 hours.


How We Can Help You Follow Up

If you have not received a reply within 5 business days, we are more than happy to step in and assist:

  1. Contact our support team
  2. Provide the address of the property you are interested in.
  3. Let us know the method of contact you used (email or phone) and the date you reached out.


Our team will then follow up with the owner on your behalf to ensure your enquiry hasn't been missed and to help get the conversation moving.
