Where do you list commercial premises?

We list your commercial premises on both of the major commercial property websites in Australia, realcommercial.com.au and commercialrealestate.com.au, along with our own site.

These are the commercial property portals of Realestate.com.au and Domain respectively.

If your premises are available for both sale and lease, you can advertise them in both categories. To add the second listing, open the property in your account and click Add listing at [your address], then choose Sale or Rent. Your headline, description, photos, floorplans, features and property details carry across from your latest listing, so you only need to check them and add your price and inspection times. Each listing has its own listing fee. For the full picture on fees, duration and what differs from residential, see How do I lease a commercial property privately?.

commercialrealestate.com.au doesn't allow phone numbers on listings and replaces any number with asterisks, including our 1300 enquiry number. Enquiries from that site come through its email form instead, and we forward them to you as usual.

One quirk to know: realcommercial.com.au doesn't support a land size range. If you enter both a minimum and a maximum, it combines the two figures and switches the display to acres. Enter a single land size and leave the other field blank, and it shows in square metres as expected. Land size is also required on realcommercial.com.au. If it's left blank, your listing won't appear there even though it's live everywhere else, so make sure it's filled in.
