When will my rent be debited?

The first rent in advance payment will be debited immediately after the lease agreement is signed by all parties after you finish setting up your payment method.

For ongoing rent payments, when rent is debited depends on which payment method you choose.

Rent via direct debit is debited 28 hours in advance of the scheduled due date to allow time for processing (this takes 3-4 business days for the landlord to receive)

Rent via payto agreement is debited on the scheduled due date and processes immediately.

Please note that the direct debit payment process does not operate normally on weekends or public holidays which may delay your rent.
