What other add-ons can I order for my listing?

On top of photography, signs and portal upgrades, you can add these to your listing from Listing Enhancements in your account.

Listing on Juwai (China)

For sale listings. We translate your listing (up to 250 words) into Mandarin and list it on Juwai, a property portal for Chinese buyers. Any enquiries you receive are translated into English by a Chinese liaison. Juwai runs alongside your listing on the main portals, so it can't stay up on its own once your listing comes off realestate.com.au and Domain.

3D virtual tour

A photographer visits your property and captures a 3D tour buyers or tenants can explore online, any time. The price depends on the number of bedrooms. Six months of hosting is included, after which there's a monthly hosting fee. If we can't service your location, you'll get a full refund.

Virtual staging

Ideal for vacant properties. Our designers add furniture to your photos so buyers can picture themselves living there. You choose the style, such as modern, Scandinavian or Hamptons, and pay per image. Staging starts once your photos are in; just tell us which images you'd like staged. Landscape photos work best for staging, and professional photos give the best result.

50 glossy double-sided flyers

A5 flyers printed in full colour on glossy paper. Our design team builds them from your listing, with your key details, a photo and your contact information, and sends you a mock-up to approve before anything prints. If your price might change, ask for "Contact for price" rather than a figure. They arrive within 5–7 business days. They're landscape, and if you'd like your floorplan on the flyer, we can put it in one of the photo spots.
