For Sale signs, photosigns and signage pricing

Included with your listing

Every sale listing comes with a standard For Sale sign with your phone number on it, and a SOLD sticker. Standard shipping is included.

Rental listings don't include a sign. If you'd like a For Rent sign, you can order one as an optional extra.

Optional signage

If you'd like more presence on the street, we offer larger boards and photosigns — signs printed with a photo of your property and your listing details, in the same style you'll see agents use.

Sign options:

• Extra For Sale or For Rent sign: the standard 600 x 900mm size
• Photosign: medium (1.2m x 0.9m) or large (1.8m x 1.2m)
• Open home arrow board
• Open for Inspection sign

How photosigns work

After you order, we email you a requirements request and a Complete Sign Details form appears on your property page in your account. You supply the photos, headline, description and contact details there. The form can't be edited once submitted, so complete it when your photos and wording are final. Our graphic designer then prepares the artwork from your submission and emails you a mock-up to approve; once you're happy, it goes to print and shipping. Because of these steps, photosigns take longer to arrive than standard signs — allow extra time if you have a launch date in mind. See How do I supply the photos and details for my photosign?.

Don't need your sign after all?

Standard signs: if your sign arrives and you no longer need it, for example because your property has already sold or leased, you can return it unused for a refund. Post it back to us and let our team know you'd like the refund. If you need our return address, just ask.

Photosigns: because they're custom printed for your property, a photosign can only be refunded if it hasn't been printed yet.

Branding

Our signs carry the PropertyNow branding. We don't produce unbranded boards.

Installing your sign

Signs are shipped to you and you put them up yourself — we don't offer an installation service. See How do I mount or install my sign?

Stickers

Your SOLD sticker is included. We don't supply Under Contract stickers — see Do you supply Under Contract stickers?.
