What upgrades are available for the enquiry system?

We offer a few handy upgrades to enhance your enquiry experience.

Direct Call Connection: $95
Instead of being given your number, enquirers are connected directly to you to chat in real time.

SMS Alerts to You: $28
Receive an SMS notification in addition to email for every enquiry.

SMS to Enquirers: $28
Enquirers receive an SMS with your contact details after calling.

Full Upgrade Package (all of the above) cost: $130

These upgrades are optional, and all prices are one-off for the life of your listing. You can add any of these yourself: click Manage Property & Edit Listings, then Listing Enhancements, and they activate as soon as you've paid. With Direct Call Connection the 4-digit code stays on your ad; callers still enter it so the system knows which property they're calling about, then they're put straight through to you.
