How do I get my professional photos, and when?

Your photographer sends the finished photos to us. We upload them to your listing and send you a copy — usually within 24–48 hours of the shoot.

You don't need to chase the photographer or forward anything to us. If you've also ordered virtual staging, it starts once the photos are in; tell us which images you'd like staged.

If it's been more than 48 hours since your shoot and nothing has arrived, get in touch and we'll follow it up.
