Professional Photography: Booking, Availability & Samples

High-quality photography is the single most important investment you can make when selling or leasing your property. It is the very first impression potential buyers have, and professional shots can significantly increase your enquiry rate. To provide Australia-wide coverage at a competitive price, PropertyNow works with a massive network of both large photography companies and independent local professionals.

How the Booking Process Works

Because our photographers manage their own busy schedules across the country, we follow a specific process to ensure you get the best professional available:

1. Order: You purchase the photography package through your 'Listing Enhancements' dashboard.
2. Allocation: Our system identifies the best-suited photographers in your area based on your specific requirements.
3. Contact: Within 24–48 hours of your order, the assigned photographer will call you directly to discuss their current availability and book a time that suits you both.

Note on Availability: We cannot confirm a specific date or time for a shoot before a booking is made. However, our photographers generally aim to get on-site as quickly as possible.

Do you service my area?

We have one of the largest photography networks in Australia and can service the vast majority of locations, including many regional areas. In the very rare event that we cannot find a suitable professional in your specific location, or if our providers are fully booked, we will notify you immediately. If we cannot service your area, we will provide a full and prompt refund for the photography component of your order so you can engage a local photographer independently.

What is Included?

You choose the package size when you order. The options are:

• 12 images ($370)
• 18 images ($480)
• 12 images plus a floorplan ($550)
• 18 images plus a floorplan ($660)

Floorplans are also available on their own: floorplan only ($132) or floorplan plus site plan ($170). Your checkout summary shows the option you've picked.

We book the full number of images you've ordered with your photographer. If you and the photographer agree on the day that fewer shots are needed, that's fine, but the package price stays the same.

Every photography package includes:

• High-Resolution Images: Professionally edited and colour-corrected.
• Wide-Angle Equipment: Specialised gear to make your rooms look spacious and bright.
• Digital Delivery: The photographer sends the finished photos to us, and we upload them to your PropertyNow account and send you a copy — usually within 24–48 hours of the shoot. If you've also ordered virtual staging, it starts once the photos are in; just tell us which images you'd like staged.
