PropertyNow is a platform that allows owners to sell and lease privately. Because of this, our support team does not have access to specific property details like the current 'bottom line' price or inspection times.

For Buyers and Tenants: To get an answer quickly, please refer to the Enquiry Confirmation email you received immediately after your initial enquiry. That email contains the owner's direct contact name and phone number. Please contact them directly to negotiate or ask questions.
