Will PropertyNow answer questions about my property?

Questions from buyers or tenants about the specific property are directed to you.

You're managing the sale or tenancy and you know the property best, so our staff won't answer questions on your behalf about matters such as inclusions, condition, access, local features or the owner's intentions.

If someone contacts PropertyNow directly about your listing, we'll direct the enquiry back to you so you remain in control of the conversation.

(There's a compliance reason too: our licence covers marketing your property, not selling it on your behalf — so answers about the property itself have to come from you.)

Our team is still here to support you. We can help you use the platform, understand the advertising and enquiry process, manage listing updates and work through the practical steps of selling or leasing privately.
