Will my property be listed on AllHomes.com.au?
A listing on Allhomes.com.au isn't included in our core service, but it's an optional extra you can purchase at any time within your account. Allhomes pricing varies depending on your state and suburb. You can see exact pricing for your listing type and area within your account.
Important: the Allhomes upgrade applies only while your listing is continuously active. If you pause, withdraw or otherwise deactivate your listing for any reason and for any length of time, the Allhomes upgrade is forfeited immediately and is not reinstated when your listing goes back up. To appear on Allhomes again you would need to purchase the upgrade a second time.
Two things people often ask about Allhomes
- You may notice Allhomes already has a page for your address. That's a property profile page, which exists for every property and shows its history; it isn't a listing. To advertise there, add the upgrade from Listing Enhancements.
- Allhomes shows bathrooms and ensuites as two separate counts, so a home with one bathroom and one ensuite shows as 1 and 1 there, but as 2 on realestate.com.au. That isn't an error.
