Will I pay commission if I list my property for sale on PropertyNow?

You will never pay a commission to PropertyNow.

We charge the upfront flat marketing fee shown when you purchase your listing. There is no percentage commission, success fee or additional PropertyNow charge when the property sells.

If you have also signed an agency agreement with a traditional agent, that separate agreement may still make commission payable to the agent — for example, if they introduced the buyer or were the effective cause of the sale. Check that agreement before publishing with us.

Any possible commission under a separate agent's agreement is between you and that agent. It is never a commission charged by PropertyNow.
