When should I mark my listing as leased?

You should mark your property as leased once you have accepted a tenant for the property. Generally, this will be when the tenant has paid their bond/rent in advance and signed the tenancy agreement however you can mark as leased earlier if you would like.

When you mark your listing as leased, we'll automatically email all the people who've enquiried on your property notifying them that the property is no longer available.

Stressed about the tenant backing out but don't want to keep advertising while you wait? We have a free 30-day rental relisting guarantee. This means that if the tenancy falls through after you've marked your property as leased, you can contact us anytime within 30 days and we will reinstate your property listing completely free of charge.
