What size and ratio should I upload images in?

Before adding images to your listing, ensure your files fit the requirements to avoid encountering errors when uploading.

Standard Image Resolution - 4:3 ratio with a resolution of 2000 x 1500 pixels
Minimum image resolution is 800 x 600 pixels or above
Alternative Ratios - 3:4, 16:9, 3:1, and 16:10
File Size Limit - Image files should be no larger than 5MB. Overall resolution should not exceed 20MB when combined.
File Formats Accepted - JPEG, PNG, and static GIF are acceptable. Static GIFs should be used for floorplans and should have a white background, not transparent.
Color Mode - Images must be in RGB format. CMYK is not supported.
Display Recommendations - Images should use a standard web image quality of 72 DPI.

If your image dimensions do not meet the recommended size, consult your photographer or use available tools to resize them.

Hint: If taking photos on your phone, always turn it sideways!
