What is the cost?

The cost to market or manage your property with PropertyNow varies depending on the service you choose. Our flat fees are:

Listing Fees

• $929 — residential property for sale
• $205 — residential property for lease
• $209 — residential lease with our Rental Management Subscription (Includes your listing fee + 3 months of rental management FREE , Ongoing management is $29/month from month 4 onwards)
• $929 — commercial property for sale
• $695 — commercial property for lease

Rental Management Only

For landlords who already have tenants or don’t require a listing package:

• $35/month — Management-Only Subscription
• Includes full access to our rental management platform
• No listing or marketing included

All prices are inclusive of GST and include standard shipping where applicable.

No Commissions or Hidden Fees

There are no commissions, no ongoing listing fees, and no surprises.

You pay a simple, transparent flat fee for your chosen service.
