What is the cost?

The cost to market your property with PropertyNow varies depending on the type of property you are listing. Fees are:

$929 to market a property for sale

$205 to market a property for lease or $188 ($101 listing fee + $29 a month billed 3 months in advance) with our rental management subscription product

$929 to market a commercial premises for sale

$695 to market a commercial premises for lease.

All prices are inclusive of GST and standard shipping (where applicable).

There are no ongoing fees whatsoever and absolutely NO COMMISSION payable ever.
