I have a sole agreement with an agent - can I still list with PropertyNow?

Usually, yes — but check the exact wording of your agreement before you publish.

PropertyNow charges a flat marketing fee only. PropertyNow never charges a commission when your property sells.

A sole agency agreement often allows the owner to find a buyer privately. Whether commission is payable to your separate agent depends on the agreement, including:

• whether the agent introduced the buyer or was the effective cause of the sale
• any continuing or protection period after the agreement ends
• any special wording about private sales or other advertising

Before listing, read the agreement carefully or ask the agent to confirm in writing that you retain the right to sell privately. If the wording isn't clear, ask your solicitor or conveyancer to review it.

The commission question relates only to your agreement with the other agent — never to PropertyNow.
