What are your opening hours?

Our Australian support team is here seven days a week.

Support hours: 9:00am–5:30pm AEST, Monday to Sunday.

We're open on most public holidays too, with a smaller crew on deck to keep urgent matters moving. The only time we fully close is a short break over Christmas — you can still build and submit new listings during the closure, and first-publication reviews are handled according to the holiday arrangements we announce at the time.
