Property Value Reports: Limits and How to Order

Supported by Cotality (Australia’s premier property data resource), our property value reports provide a current and realistic estimate of your property's value. These include full sale history, listing advertising history, and recent comparable sales in your area.

How to Request Your Report To ensure accuracy, these reports are prepared manually by our team. There is no direct download link in your dashboard.

• Current PropertyNow Customers: Simply reply to any of our emails or send us a message in the chat with your property address. We will generate the report and email it to your registered account address.
• Non-Customers (Not yet listed): Please complete the request form on our Free Property Value Report page.

Report Limits

• Non-Customers: We offer one (1) free report per person/property to help you research before listing.
• Listed Owners: Once you are listed with us, you can request updated reports as often as needed to monitor your campaign's performance.

Processing Time Reports are typically processed and emailed within 24 business hours.
