I've paid via bank transfer, what happens next?
If you have chosen to pay for your PropertyNow package via bank transfer, please follow these steps to ensure your listing is activated as quickly as possible:
- Send Your Receipt: Thank you for providing your payment receipt. Having this on file helps us keep track of pending transfers.
- Payment Verification: Please note that bank transfers are not always instant. Our team manually checks our bank accounts for incoming funds several times throughout the business day.
- Confirmation: Once we have confirmed that the funds have cleared in our account, we will send you an official confirmation email.
- Listing Activation: * If you have already completed all the required fields for your listing in your dashboard and selected "Immediate Activation," we will push your listing live to the portals as soon as the payment is confirmed.
- You can continue working on your listing while the payment clears if needed. It will be ready to go live the moment you hit 'Submit' after payment is verified.
