Is PropertyNow a licensed real estate agency?

Yes, PropertyNow is a licensed real estate agency. We're licensed in every state of Australia.

The licensee is Andrew Blachut. Licence number: 928874.

The licence matters in practice because realestate.com.au and Domain only accept listings from licensed agents. Your listing is published under our licence, which is why it shows our name and 1300 number rather than yours, and why you can move to us from another agency. See Leaving your agent to sell privately: how it works.
