I'm not receiving email notifications

If you're not seeing enquiries in your inbox, it's possible your email provider has marked them as spam or promotional content. Here's what to check:


1. Check your Spam or Junk folder

Look in folders such as Spam, Junk, Advertising, or Promotions. If you find any emails from PropertyNow, mark them as “Not Spam” or “Not Junk” to help future messages reach your inbox.


2. Add us to your contacts

To help prevent emails being blocked, send us a quick email from your usual email address. This can help “whitelist” our address with your provider.


3. Test your enquiry delivery

Go to your listing on realestate.com.au and send an enquiry to yourself using the enquiry form. If you don’t receive the test email within a few minutes, please contact our support team.


4. Check your enquiry history

All enquiries are also stored within your PropertyNow account. Log in, navigate to your property card, and click “Enquiry History” to view them.
