I'm having trouble uploading photos
If you are experiencing difficulty uploading photos directly to your listing via the dashboard, there are several quick fixes you can try, as well as a dedicated fallback option to ensure your photos get online as quickly as possible.
1. Quick Troubleshooting Tips
Before using the fallback method, please check the following:
- File Format: Ensure your photos are in .jpg, .jpeg, or .png format.
- File Size: Very large files (over 10MB each) can sometimes cause the uploader to time out. If possible, try resizing your images before uploading.
- Browser: We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. If you are using an older browser, try switching to a modern one.
- Incognito Mode: Sometimes browser extensions can interfere with the uploader. Try opening your dashboard in an Incognito or Private window to see if the photos upload successfully.
2. The Fallback Option: Dropbox Upload
If you have tried the steps above and are still having trouble, you can bypass the dashboard uploader by using our secure Dropbox folder.

- Notify us: Once the upload is complete, please email us at support@propertynow.com.au.
- Include your details: In your email, clearly state your Property Address so we know exactly which listing the photos belong to.
3. Turnaround & Final Steps
Once we receive your email and the photos in Dropbox, our team will manually add them to your account.
- Turnaround Time: We typically have photos added within two hours during business hours.
- Business Hours: Our support team is available from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM AEDST.
Note on Photo Order: Once our team has uploaded the photos for you, they will appear in your account. You will then need to log in to your dashboard to re-arrange them into your preferred order and select your main "hero" image.
