I have an open agreement with an agent, can I still list with PropertyNow?

Yes, an open agency agreement will generally allow you to market privately or use more than one agency.

PropertyNow charges a flat marketing fee only. There is never a commission payable to PropertyNow when the property sells.

Under an open agreement, commission is generally payable to the agent who introduced the buyer or was the effective cause of the sale. The exact wording of your signed agreement still matters, particularly if an agent has already introduced someone to the property.

If the buyer comes through your own PropertyNow campaign, there is no commission payable to PropertyNow. Check your agency agreement to confirm whether anything could still be payable to the other agent.
