How to setup private inspection times booking

To save you from the back-and-forth of scheduling viewings, PropertyNow allows you to set up automated "Private Inspection" time slots. When enabled, potential buyers or tenants will see a "Book an Inspection" button on your listing and can select a specific 15-minute window that suits them.

How the system works

When you set a range of time (e.g., Saturday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM), our system automatically breaks that window down into 15-minute individual slots.

• User Experience: The enquirer selects their preferred 15-minute slot and provides their details.
• Notifications: You are instantly notified of the booking via email.
• Automatic Removal: Once a slot is booked, it is automatically removed from the available pool so you never get double-booked.

How to set up your Inspection Times

1. Log in to yourPropertyNow Dashboard.
2. Navigate to ‘Manage Property and Edit Listings’.
3. Click the Edit button next to your property address.
4. Select ‘Inspection Times’ from the left-hand menu.
5. Click the ‘Add New Available Time’ button.
6. Select the Date, Start Time, and End Time.

Pro Tip: If you want these times to repeat every week, click the Arrow Icon next to the time entry to make it a recurring period.

Managing your Calendar

• AM vs. PM: Ensure you select the correct period. Remember that 12:00 PM is midday/lunchtime, and 12:00 AM is midnight.
• Sync Time: Once you click Save, your new inspection times will typically appear on your live listing across all portals within 30 minutes.
• Cancellations: If you need to remove a time slot, simply return to the 'Inspection Times' menu in your dashboard and delete the specific entry.
