How long will my property be listed for?

While the average time for customers to sell a property is less than 3 months and the average time for our landlords to lease a residential property remains just 17 days, we know every market differs so we offer generous time limits.

Our 'for sale' properties service remains an 'until sold' zero time limits model. You'll stay listed until you've sold your property or choose to withdraw it.

For rental proeprties, there is a maximum listing period of 6 months (or until leased or withdrawn, whichever is the sooner).

For commercial premises, there is a maximum listing period of 12 months.
