How do I see who has registered for my inspection?

Whenever someone registers for one of your open homes or inspection times, we email you straight away with their details.

Registrations aren't shown in your PropertyNow account, so those emails are your list. It's worth keeping them together, for example in a folder or label in your inbox, so you can see who's coming at a glance.

A few things to know

• Not everyone registers. Some people simply note the time from the listing and turn up, so an empty list doesn't always mean an empty open home.
• Cancelling or changing a time? Use your registration emails to let everyone who booked in know. See How do I mark my property as leased? if you've found a tenant before your open home.
• Not seeing the emails? Check your spam or junk folder, and make sure emails from PropertyNow aren't being blocked.
