How do I reply to an enquiry?

To respond to email enquiries simply click Reply in your email program- if the correct email address shown in the original enquiry isn't shown in the To: field you may need to change it but it should automatically be filled in for you.

If you haven't heard from a phone enquirer within a few hours, then give them a call and see if there's anything you can assist them with or if they have any questions for you.
