How can I transfer my realestate.com.au listing to another agency

If you have decided to move your listing from PropertyNow to a traditional agency, you can perform a "Transfer of Listing." This allows the advertisement to move between accounts while preserving your existing views, watchers, and "Days on Market" history.

Important: Incoming Transfers

PropertyNow does not accept incoming listing transfers from other agencies. If you are moving to PropertyNow from a different provider, you will need to create a fresh listing within your dashboard. This ensures that your ad is set up correctly within our system and that you have full control over your listing from day one.

How to Transfer Your Listing (Outgoing)

For listings on Realestate.com.au, the transfer is initiated by the owner via a digital request form.

1. Open the Form: Visit theRealestate.com.au Digital Transfer Request.
2. Select "Transfer Out": You will be asking the portal to move the listing from PropertyNow to your new agency.
3. Enter Agency Details: You will need to provide our specific agency details to authorize the release of the listing.

When completing the transfer form, please use the following information for the "Current/Outgoing Agency" fields:

• Agency Name: Property Now
• Agency ID: VFLTYD
• Authorised Person: Joanne Blachut
• XML Provider: Property Now
• Email: support@propertynow.com.au

What Happens Next?

• Portal Verification: Once you submit the digital form, the portal team will verify the details.
• Timing: Transfers typically take 24–48 business hours to process.
• Domain.com.au: The process for Domain is different and often requires the incoming agency to "claim" the listing. If your new agent is having trouble moving the ad on Domain, please ask them to contact Domain support directly
