This is the top-tier residential product on Domain. It is designed to dominate the search results in your suburb.

2. Gold Listing (#2 Rank)

A high-performance option that offers great visibility at a lower price point than Platinum.

  • Engagement: Uses large-format photos to catch the eye of scrollers.
  • Flexibility: Available for shorter 30-day "bursts" or full 90-day campaigns.


3. Silver Listing (#3 Rank)

Perfect for sellers who want to stand out from the "Standard" crowd without a massive budget.

  • Value: Offers improved visibility and a larger ad size than a basic listing.
  • Placement: Sits comfortably above all Standard/Basic ads.


Important: The "Elite" Listing Mystery

While browsing Domain, you might see a tier called "Elite." > Note: Elite listings are only available to traditional agencies that pay for high-volume, account-level subscriptions. Because PropertyNow is a specialized service for private sellers, we do not currently offer Elite upgrades. However, our Platinum tier offers nearly identical visibility and features for the vast majority of markets.


Critical Rules & Strategy

  • Non-Refundable: Once a Domain upgrade is activated, it is non-refundable. If you sell your property 2 days after upgrading, the portal will not provide a pro-rata refund.
  • REA vs. Domain: Most of our clients find that REA generates the bulk of their enquiries. We typically recommend upgrading on REA first. If you still need more traction, then consider a Domain upgrade.
  • The "3.9 Million" Factor: While smaller than REA, Domain’s audience is often highly engaged and may not be looking on other sites. Upgrading here ensures you don't miss that specific "Domain-only" buyer.
