Do you provide the QLD Form 2 seller disclosure statement?

Yes, it's included in the Contract Preparation add-on. It isn't part of your listing fee on its own, but if you buy Contract Preparation for a Queensland property, the Form 2 is included: our conveyancing partner prepares it together with your contract of sale, including the standard title and other searches it needs, so it's ready for buyers before they sign. Only searches beyond the standard set cost extra.
