Do I get charged fees to pay rent?

NO! Rent payments are free for tenants! There are absolutely no fees associated with paying rent via PropertyNow, no matter which payment method you choose. The landlord pays for a subscription to PropertyNow which includes any fees incurred for your rent processing. Neither the landlord nor PropertyNow receive any additional fees or monetary benefits as a result of you paying via direct debit or payto.
